How does it work?

1. Select currency

   Select the currency you wish to sell. Please note that while the exchange rate is displayed in real time, the final amount you receive will be calculated when the transaction is finalized at the stationary office. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final amount may differ from the forecasted amount.

2. Generate address

   Click on the GENERATE ADDRESS button - this is the address to which you will deposit the cryptocurrency for exchange.

3. Remember the data

   IMPORTANT: Remember to write down the voucher ID and PIN that you will see next to your withdrawal address. Without them, you will not be able to complete the transaction at the stationary point.

4. Deposit funds

   Deposit the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to exchange into the generated address.

5. Go to the exchange office

   Visit a selected stationary exchange office - a list of exchange offices can be found at kangakantor.pl

6. Make the transaction

   Inform the exchange office employee that you want to exchange cryptocurrency and give them your payment ID. IMPORTANT: Do not give the cashier your PIN before confirming that the exchange can be completed!

7. Pick up the cash!

   If the exchange office employee confirms that they can make the exchange, give the PIN and collect the cash.

   Remember, KYC verification is required to complete the transaction.
