Complaint/claim form

Procedure for accepting and processing complaints/claims from customers of the Kanga Kantor website:

  1. Every customer may submit a complaint/claim in which they may raise objections to the functioning of the website kangakantor.pl.

  2. Complaints/grievances should be submitted in electronic form, using electronic means of communication (e.g. e-mail) to the address indicated [email protected].

  3. The complaint should include:

    • a printed, completed and signed complaint form;
    • a description of the event that is the subject of the complaint;
    • attachments (if any) supporting the complaint;
    • in the event of damage, a clear statement of the customer's claim under the complaint.
  4. Complaints/claims are considered without undue delay, but no later than within the time limit specified in the terms and conditions.
